Walmart Supercenter

It was busy and had really long lines. They closed self checkouts but don't appear to have hired new clerks. Luckily, I was just taking my Mom to get something at the pharmacy, and we were able to checkout there. If the lines wouldn't have been so long, I would have shopped there.

This one specifically needs better staffing and accommodations for wheelchair access. I watched a woman struggle to get out of their bathroom, while in the bathroom she was unable to get her wheelchair into the stall, leaving the stall wide open with her chair. Not okay. On top of another who was not able to fit her wheelchair into the right corner entrance of the bathroom to be told there's another she could use, but it was a tight fit and not very accommodating to her needs. This is not okay. Your parking lot and store may have "wheelchair access" but your bathrooms do not. And that is not okay. It's discriminating. And definitely not a situation anyone would want to be in. On top of the staff snapping at customers who were trying to talk and help each other with the accommodations needed. Saying your over here and she's fine. When clearly it was not fine....Understand and do better!

I have frequented this Walmart for about s year now. Overall, I am neither highly satisfied nor dissatisfied. The customer service is spotty depending on what department, the time of day, etc. I appreciate the same day online mobile pickup for groceries. The employees always seem ready and willing to help and are efficient.

Self checkout is never open anymore. Lines are way too long, because checkers are slow. Don’t even offer reusable bags for you to buy. Offer self checkout!

Store was very clean, well stocked and not overly busy. Because I hadn't been there since January, I had some trouble locating several items, but when I asked for assistance, I was helped immediately, and happily. I was very impressed by the knowledge and professionalism of the employees, regardless of which department I was in at the time. Outside of overspending, I actually had a very pleasant shopping experience there. 🙂
